We’re named for a Florida that still exists if you know where to look. There, a deal is a handshake and a building is built to outlive the person who bought it.
Two systems, done right
Most building companies try to sell a little of everything. We went the other way. Old Florida Structures builds two things: red iron steel buildings and post-frame pole barns. Between them, they cover nearly every serious building a Southern property needs, from a hay barn to a 100-foot commercial shop.
Focusing on two systems means we know them cold: the engineering, the details, and where each one shines. It also means we can tell you honestly which one fits your project. We don’t push whatever happens to be on the lot.
Every building is custom-sized, engineered to your county’s wind and snow loads, and built by crews we train and trust. On every job the goal is the same: when your neighbor asks who built it, you say our name without a second’s hesitation.

The quote you approve is the price you pay. If your site turns up a surprise, we discuss it before the work happens, never after it and never on the invoice.
Real engineering
Stamped drawings, and frames and anchoring designed for your soil, foundation, and wind zone. Storm season is an engineering problem, and we do the math.
Answer-the-phone service
Before the sale and years after it. A warranty is only as good as the people picking up the phone, and ours pick up.
What’s on every quote
Every quote is itemized, so you can see exactly what you’re paying for and compare us line by line with anyone.
The building package. Frame, framing members, panels, trim, fasteners, and your doors and options, all engineered to your size and site.
Delivery. Priced by the distance to your property and listed separately, so there are no surprise fuel or mileage charges later.
Construction. Our crews build it plumb, square, and anchored, then haul off the scraps. It’s quoted on its own line too.
